- All Bulk Item collections will be provided on an "on-call basis" for Irmo residents
- This service does not include total house emptying, debris removal, evictions, refrigerators, freezers, microwave ovens, large electronics, or any other items requiring special handling for disposal.
- Residents must call Tylers Sanitation to schedule collection in advance and prior to placement at the curb.
- The Resident will be responsible for the $25.00 fee per item paid directly to Tylers Sanitation.
- The collection will be provided during the first full week of each month.
- All Yard Waste must be bagged, containerized and/or stacked neatly by the resident and placed by the curb.
- Bags cannot exceed 50 gallons in capacity and bags, or containers cannot weigh more than 50 pounds each.
- Branches or limbs ca11not exceed 4 feet in length or 4 inches in diameter and be bundled when practical.
- Tylers Sanitation will collect no more than 25 bags or 20 containers (or 20 combined bags and containers) of yard waste per house, per week.
- The resident must have a medical handicap and it must be validated by the Town to receive this service at no charge.
